It is the responsibility of the client to understand and agree to these terms & conditions.

DEPOSITS

I kindly request a deposit to be paid in order to schedule your appointment. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. I want to ensure that your appointment is secured, so it's important to make a deposit payment. Once the deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your booking.

RESCHEDULING

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes interfere with your scheduled appointment. As a professional makeup artist, I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. However, to maintain fairness and uphold my commitment to all clients, I have implemented the following rescheduling policy:


1. Only One Reschedule Allowed: I acknowledge that unexpected events can occur, making it challenging for you to attend your appointment. Therefore, I allow one reschedule per appointment.


2. Cancellation after One Reschedule: If, for any reason, you are unable to attend after rescheduling once, your appointment will be cancelled. To secure a new appointment, a new non-refundable deposit will be required.


3. Rescheduling Procedure: I kindly request that you provide me with as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. To request a reschedule, please ensure that you contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.


4. Valid Reasons for Rescheduling: illness, family emergencies, and extreme weather conditions are valid reasons for rescheduling. Unforeseen events, such as traffic or work conflicts, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATIONS

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes interfere with your plans. If you find yourself unable to attend your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.


Please note that all deposits made are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.


If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance owed.


On rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may arise on my end as well. Should I experience severe illness, injury, or lack of communication from the client, I reserve the right to cancel any future appointments made.

TIME MANAGEMENT

I take punctuality seriously to ensure a smooth and successful appointment. Therefore, I expect the same from my clients. Please take note of the following rules regarding late arrivals:


1. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be terminated.


2. If you anticipate a delay, please inform me as soon as possible. While I will try my best to accommodate late arrivals, I cannot guarantee adjustments to the schedule.


3. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time left for their appointment. The session will end at the originally scheduled time.


4. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice or disregarding my messages will result in a refusal of further bookings.


I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I aim to be flexible whenever possible. However, repeated tardiness or no-shows can negatively impact my business and inconvenience other clients. Therefore, I kindly request your respect for my time and efforts.


Please double-check the date and time of your booking, allowing extra time for travel or traffic. In the event of booking errors, I may be unable to reschedule to the correct date due to full bookings.


Please note that I may experience delays on the day of your appointment. Whether I am running 10 minutes or 1 hour behind schedule due to unforeseen reasons, I will notify you via text, providing an estimated delay time. Please allocate sufficient flexibility in your schedule to accommodate such circumstances.

HEALTH/SAFETY

At Basically Esthetics, LLC, I strive to provide the best and safest experience for all of my valued clients. Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable appointment:


1. No guests permitted: I kindly request that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you require transportation and are being dropped off, please have your companion wait in the car. This policy helps maintain a calm and focused environment for my clients and the other technicians.


2. No babies or children allowed: For the safety and comfort of everyone involved, I strictly prohibit the presence of babies or children during your appointment. I understand the challenges of childcare, but kindly request that you make appropriate arrangements to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted service.


3. Flu-like symptoms: If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat, or body aches, I kindly ask that you cancel your appointment. Your health and the well-being of the staff are of utmost importance to me, and rescheduling your appointment is the best course of action in such circumstances.


4. Contagious infections or skin/eye conditions: If you develop any contagious infections, including but not limited to cold sores, rashes, conjunctivitis, or warts, I kindly request that you cancel your appointment. These conditions can pose a risk to both yourself and our staff. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling your appointment in such instances are greatly appreciated.


5. Refusal of Service: In the event that you arrive at your appointment with any of the aforementioned conditions, Basically Esthetics, LLC reserves the right to refuse service. My commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both clients and staff supersedes any inconvenience.


6. Allergic reactions: Please kindly take responsibility for your own well-being by notifying Madison prior to starting any service if you have any known allergies. I utilize a range of products and, while I take precautions to ensure their safety, it is important for you to communicate any allergies so I can make appropriate accommodations.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Upon paying your booking fee, you agree to have your before and after photos/videos taken for promotional purposes on Basically Esthetics, LLC’s social media accounts.

The terms and conditions are subject to change at any given time.

By scheduling an appointment with Madison, you agree to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions.
